I am a musician who has been at it for 38 years now,and my favorite instrument is the electric bass. I also like to play guitars, drums, and some keyboards.(my synthesiser mostly) I have been in bands since I was in highschool, and it has been a lot of fun,and a lot of work also, but very rewarding. I urge everyone to take up an instrument and learn how to play music,no matter what age you are, because it will enrich your life and give you great personal satisfaction when you start playing music, instead of just listening to the music others play. Whether you only want to play for your own enjoyment,or you yearn to become a performer in a band,it is well worth it to become a musician. My Favorites Favorite Band or Musician: I love all types of rock music, jazz, instrumental, blues, funk etc.
My Hobbies Other then playing music,I love to watch good movies, read books, tinker with electronics, and take care of my many pets.I also love to spend time with my daughter, and the family I have left, and friends, whom are mostly musicians i've known for many years. Most Admired My heroes are my wife Nancy ,my mom Doris, and my grandfather Chester, who were all musicians or singers who influenced and encouraged me to be a musician all of my life. They are all gone now,but they live on in my heart and mind, and soul. |

I still don't have a digital camera, so these stock photos of the Yamaha TRB6II will have to do until I can get pictures of my TRB6P taken to replace them, sorry!
These pictures are of the new model Yamaha TRB6II, which is a 35" scale neck now, and the new model lacks the slap cut in the body that my older model has, which was quite nice, so I don't know why Yamaha has omitted this from the new model, so go figure?
My Yamaha TRB6P has a see thru blue finish, but the amber is quite nice also!
Squier Showmaster SubSonic Deluxe neck-thru baritone
Epiphone Les Paul Special II
The Peavey 412TXF cab, and I use two of them.
Peavey 1200 watt stereo poweramp that I use.
A Peavey Max tube/solid state Bass Preamp that I use.
